2.10.2010 PIRATE station droped local radio !!!

Hi all
In this moment not exit from the shock . Locally station PRO FM , droped 12 minutes by PIRATE station . This is a extreme no coment but locally statiom 102,8 mhz pro fm have 2kw . Pirate station sure have 300-500W but in my location signal blank when drop local signal detect without ANTENA ..
i recorded a capture and not rated to wiev this anomalies !!!
