Hello,
Lets say that I have a Windev 15, Window with 2 (two) combo boxes.
Is there a problem if both the combo boxes use in Content->Source->Browsed file THE SAME FILE?
Can Windev15 handle this situation ?

thats what I see also.
Do you know if this also happens with "internal windows" ?
I have 2 internal windows, "embedded" in Planes on my main window.
They have combo boxes "targeting" the same file/table.
Although they are in the same window(on different planes) they don't seem to show the problem

I would use aliases for safe operation. see functions around halias in the help.
