EmailOpenMail does not work properly

I use this function in browsercode

EmailOpenMail(EDT_Email, “Nieuwe lokale krant - www.KB-Actief.Be”, EDT_Body)

Sometimes it works
sometimes it does not

It seems that there is also a difference between browsers.

What is the best way for sending an email from inside the website.

I use a table ith email adresses
and a table with standard mail body's
