WD or WB & Twinfield

Startbeitrag von Peter vV am 21.10.2009 08:32

Hi,

Eventually we're going to integrate a connection with Twinfield online accounting software (via webservices), in our software.
Anyone with some experience to share? Do's en dont's?

Peter

Hi,

I think Twinfield will more or less define the Do's and Don'ts for this?

I'm pretty sure you'll have to fall in line with their security requirements as well.

An extract from their site indicates that you will need to send data via Excel or XML...

This will depend on the particular applications you have installed, but Twinfield has been designed to make it as easy as possible to integrate with other systems. There are published formats for importing or exchanging records and transactions for all of the system's files and inputs. These include the balance sheet, p & l, customers, suppliers, assets, purchases, sales, invoices, cash book, and bank data. The interface can be either an Excel file, or XML. Depending on your particular application, there may be standard facilities you can use, or additional development may be required. Please contact us to discuss your circumstances in more detail.
