How can i install Windev on UBUNTU

I m new for windav and i want to install windev on Ubuntu linux.

WinDev is a windows program only, so except if you set up a windows emulation (and even that is not sure to succeed, considering the dungle), I don't see what you'll be able to do

There is no way to install WinDev on any Linux regularly.
If you have some emulation software to emulate Windows operating system on your UBUNTU then you can try but than you have problem with recognizing Hardware Key.

The only way, is virtualization.
Create a new virtual machine with VirtualBox, install Windows on it, and go on.

VirtualBox OSE has not USB support. You need to install with the packages at VirtualBox site.
