Installing WebDev server on 64 bit Debian Jessie

made with a version prior to 22, then change as appropriate
# dialog 5 - accept "webdevadmin" as the user and group for managing the sites, select "Next >"
# dialog 6 - select "Yes"
# dialog 7 - select "Yes"
